About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Amazon's Operations team as an IT Support Engineer Intern. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional IT support to our customers and ensuring the smooth operation of our fulfillment centers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality IT support to our customers, resolving complex technical issues and ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Manage and deploy a diverse range of IT devices and technologies across our various site types.
  • Collaborate with Amazon Operations teams to identify process improvements and standardize systems.
  • Work on innovative projects that have a direct impact on our customer experience.
About the Team

Amazon Operations IT teams are responsible for keeping our operations running smoothly by resolving complex hardware, software, server, and infrastructure issues. Our support model is based on both on-site and remote support teams spread across our network.

Requirements
  • Currently in your penultimate or final year and working towards a university degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or other tech fields.
  • Eligible to complete a full-time internship of 3-6 months.
  • Highly proficient in both spoken and written English and Spanish (Common European Framework of Reference C1).
