IT Operations Service Lead

We are seeking an experienced IT Operations Service Lead to join our team at Sandvik, a leading global engineering group. As a key member of our IT Management Team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional IT services to our business.
Key Responsibilities- Develop a Service Catalogue: Collaborate with stakeholders to create a comprehensive service catalogue at the divisional level, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Establish a Global Service Model: Design and implement a global service model that ensures efficient management and registration of new service offerings, aligning with stakeholders across the organization.
- Implement Robust Processes: Develop and implement robust processes and tools to facilitate service provisioning for the business, ensuring seamless delivery of IT services.
- Service Reporting and Analysis: Generate service reports by monitoring all products used within the division, conducting analysis on service performance, and providing constructive feedback and advice to service owners for improvement.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure efficient handling of tickets, enhance service performance, and monitor service costs in collaboration with the business controller and relevant stakeholders.
- Knowledge Management: Develop a knowledge base and repository for IT assets, ensuring that knowledge is shared and accessible across the organization.
- Service Level Agreements: Offer support and guidance to product/system owners on service level agreements, ensuring that service expectations are met and exceeded.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in a relevant field and previous experience as a IT Operations Service Lead.
- Strong business acumen with a customer-centric approach.
- 10+ years of experience in IT, encompassing IT solution maintenance, support, service delivery, and product management.
- Proficient in agile methodologies with a strong execution capability.
- Fluent in English.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with ITIL is advantageous.
