Analytics Business Partner

Key Responsibilities
  • Standardize, consolidate, automate, and enhance daily and weekly reporting across the EU, collaborating with CF Finance, Operations, ACES, PE, and Central Flows Business Partners as primary stakeholders.
  • Identify, create, and consolidate best practice reporting to ensure accurate, data-driven decision-making.
  • Proactively define initiatives to support Business Partners.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to Business Partners based on priorities set through a SIM ticket queue.
  • Identify analyses/reports beneficial for other sites and scale them accordingly.
  • Create tools and reports for analysis to maximize automation of routine tasks.
  • Maintain an automation roadmap for the Central Finance Organization.
  • Build relationships with other teams to prevent overlap and ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Oversee data sets entering servers and manage the deprecation of data sources/servers.
  • Conduct data checks for any data entering the server for Central Finance-owned tools.
A Day in the Life

As a Lead Financial Analyst, you will engage in multiple projects concurrently. By analyzing data and constructing financial models, you'll identify areas for enhanced efficiency and productivity. This role requires a blend of strong business partnering and advanced technical skills.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, foundational project management skills, and the capability to manage multiple priorities concurrently. Understanding Amazon's data flow and utilizing the appropriate data for analysis will be vital in influencing significant business decisions.

This role offers the flexibility to work independently while closely collaborating with partners to provide valuable insights.

About the Team

The ACES-PE-CF-BRS-L&D Finance team is dedicated to standardizing and improving processes for the EU Network. They play a vital role in driving network performance across all paths and enhancing technical acumen and process knowledge for operational leaders.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • A degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience in a finance role leading projects and collaborating with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Excel, reporting, and data mining tools such as Power BI, Python, SQL, or Tableau.
  • Experience in financial modeling.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, or Economics.
  • Experience in troubleshooting complex challenges and providing streamlined solutions.
  • Experience in a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Experience in making strategic business decisions and managing relationships.
