We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Billing Supervisor to join our team at Page Personnel in Barcelona. As a key member of our Billing department, you will be responsible for supervising a team of 15+ people and ensuring business continuity through workload optimization, recruiting, backfilling, retention, engagement, and performance.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the full invoicing cycle from invoice request to accurate bills, ensuring revenue is recognized as per corporate rules.
- Monitor closing activities and manage escalation with internal and external customers to support business processes.
- Report on activity and performance to different stakeholders and drive continuous improvement for your market and in collaboration with other managers.
- Participate in broader company or department initiatives and contribute to the development of Billing Best Practices in an international environment.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in a similar supervisory/managerial role with a team of more than 7 people.
- Proven ability to implement Billing Best Practice in an international environment & across different organizations/regions.
- Good negotiation, communication, stakeholder management skills (spoken and written).
- Ability to work under pressure to attain company objectives and a dynamic, organized approach with a methodical mindset.
- Customer focus and fluency in professional English; any other European language is highly valued.
Experience in a multinational environment, competitive compensation and benefits package in Barcelona, and various well-being activity options.
