**Job Summary**
This position is responsible for working with the Sales department to maintain tariffs for client billing needs. The ideal candidate will have broad training in business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, or computer sciences.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Procure all necessary information and paperwork for updating customer files for special rates, routings, packaging, and discounts.
- Interact with inter-departmental associates and management to capture related costs for billing accuracy.
- Prepare adjustments (voids/credit memos) when necessary.
- Communicate globally with other offices.
**Requirements**
- Broad training in business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, or computer sciences.
- Normally requires less than one year of directly related experience.
- SAP experience is preferred.
