Job Description

As a Marketing Automation Manager at Continental, you will be responsible for leading the adoption of marketing cloud platforms and driving the implementation of automation tools to enhance customer acquisition and retention.

With a strong understanding of marketing technology and best practices, you will develop a comprehensive business case for the marketing cloud platform, outlining the value proposition, key objectives, and potential ROI.

You will identify areas for improvement and suggest suitable automation tools, ensuring that all aspects of the platform adhere to relevant data privacy regulations and internal data governance policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a business case for the marketing cloud platform, outlining the value proposition, key objectives, and potential ROI.
  • Identify areas for improvement and suggest suitable automation tools.
  • Ensure that all aspects of the platform adhere to relevant data privacy regulations and internal data governance policies.
  • Develop a data strategy for marketing to improve decision-making, better ROI, and enhanced customer satisfaction.
  • Lead the MVP phase of the implementation, ensuring delivery of critical features while minimizing time to value.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to senior management and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Academic degree in marketing, computer science, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Min 10 years of experience working with marketing platforms in B2B and B2C environments and implementing automation.
  • Proven track record of developing marketing data strategies.
  • Project management skills.
  • Strategic mindset.
  • Ability to drive business change.
  • Experience working in a multi-cultural environment.
  • Professional working proficiency in English.
