Job Title: Marketing Automation Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Automation Manager to lead the adoption of a Marketing cloud platform within our organization. As a key member of our Global Marketing team, you will be responsible for driving the implementation of marketing automation tools that drive customer acquisition and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive business case for the marketing cloud platform, outlining the value proposition, key objectives, potential ROI, and business benefits.
  • Unify marketing data, automate reporting, and identify optimization opportunities with AI, while ensuring data privacy regulations and internal data governance policies are adhered to.
  • Ensure the cloud platform meets cross-departmental needs and develop a change management strategy to drive adoption across the organization.
  • Lead the MVP phase of the implementation, ensuring delivery of critical features while minimizing time to value.

Requirements:

  • Academic degree in marketing, computer science, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Min 10 years of experience working with marketing platforms in B2B and B2C environments and implementing automation.
  • Proven track record of developing marketing data strategy.
  • Project management skills.
  • Strategic mindset.
  • Ability to drive business change.
  • Experience working in a multi-cultural environment.
  • Professional working proficiency in English.
