Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Growth Specialist to join our team at Blu Selection. As a Business Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, developing customer relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and Qualifying: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, cold calling, and networking.
  • Customer Relationship Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Market Analysis and Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the market.
  • Communication and Presentation: Develop and deliver effective presentations and proposals to customers and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Language Skills: Native level of Norwegian and advanced level of English.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Management or equivalent.
  • Experience: Previous experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a strong understanding of business principles and practices.

What We Offer

  • Full-time Contract: 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday (09:00 to 17:30).
  • Flexible Working Arrangements: Working from home 4 out of 5 days is allowed after training and trial period and based on performance.
  • Competitive Salary: € gross annual base salary + up to €5,000 bonus performance-based.
