We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of our software solutions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Perform manual testing in complex areas across the application
  • Design and implement test cases for small-to-medium features
  • Conduct exploratory testing to identify defects
  • Provide accurate estimates for testing efforts
  • Identify solutions to issues blocking testing
  • Review test cases executed by junior testers
  • Review user stories and testable requirements
  • Log and track defects
  • Engage with analysts to gain business knowledge

**Requirements:**

  • Demonstrable experience in quality assurance roles
  • Analytical mind and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Knowledge of insurance business processes
  • Ability to express complex issues in a concise manner
  • Knowledge of SQL scripting and data modeling
