We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Global Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at Blue Novius. Key Responsibilities Include:

  1. Proactively generate new qualified leads using channels such as LinkedIn and Google Alerts.
  2. Contact existing prospects or clients using channels such as telephone, email, click-to-chat, and social media.
  3. Penetrate assigned accounts and grow the overall territory.
  4. Collaborate with Account Executives to execute lead generation and call program activities with clients.
  5. Keep contact information updated by researching and documenting relevant contact information for existing leads.
  6. Utilize our CRM to ensure activities are correctly documented, opportunities are forecasted accurately, and adequate information regarding the prospect and/or opportunity is communicated.
  7. Closely collaborate with Account Executives and marketing to optimize the sales process.
  8. Maintain knowledge of market conditions and competitive activities.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. At least two years of inside sales experience, preferably with a multistage B2B sales cycle.
  2. Excellent written and spoken English language skills.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate in a clear, professional, and friendly manner.
  4. Ability to interact with a diverse set of clients at all levels through multiple channels.
  5. Excellent prospecting skills with the ability to use consultative phone skills, including the ability to listen, articulate, inspire, project confidence, influence, and overcome objections.
  6. Ability to identify, qualify, sort, and track leads.
  7. Ability to conduct outbound prospecting calls.
  8. Knowledge of sales strategies, including direct and indirect.
  9. Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and techniques.
  10. Positive, 'can do' and resilient attitude.
  11. Must be digitally savvy and adaptable.
  12. Experience using CRM databases.
