Marketing Data Analyst

The Marketing and Insights team is a key component of the marketing operation, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency, optimization, and smooth operations.
The RoleThe Marketing and Insights Analyst is responsible for analyzing marketing data, generating insights, and supporting the development of data-driven strategies. This role involves working closely with the marketing team to understand business needs, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations that improve marketing performance and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Data Management: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of marketing data by maintaining databases and data systems.
- Data Integration: Work closely with data engineers and IT teams to ensure the seamless integration of data sources into visualization tools.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data from various marketing channels to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
- Reporting & Dashboards: Develop, maintain, and distribute reports and dashboards that track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Insight Generation: Generate insights that inform marketing strategies, including customer segmentation, campaign targeting, and product positioning.
- Campaign Performance: Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, providing data-driven feedback to enhance effectiveness.
- A/B Testing & Experimentation: Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and other experiments to evaluate marketing tactics.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or a related field.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization platforms like Tableau or Power BI.
