Job Title: Lifecycle Marketing Senior Data Analyst

This role is with Autodesk, an inclusive employer and a member of Mygwork – the largest global platform for the LGBTQ+ business community.

Job Overview

The Innovation and Lifecycle Marketing team is responsible for creating and activating impactful marketing strategies to promote customer satisfaction, engagement, and renewal through owned touchpoints. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will lead data strategy, data analysis, and insights in partnership with Lifecycle Marketers who design and deliver data-driven digital experiences across the customer lifecycle.

Responsibilities
  1. Data Strategy and Measurement Plan: Develop and implement data strategies and measurement plans for Regional teams to track and manage data goals and KPIs across all post-purchase lifestages of different customer personas.
  2. Data Foundations: Strategize and design measurement frameworks for each lifestage in our scope and set data-direction for Lifecycle Marketers in APJ & EMEA.
  3. Data Analysis and Insights: Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights for initiatives within the Lifecycle Marketing team.
  4. Experience Optimization: Review performances of existing customer journeys and uncover gaps and opportunities for optimization.
  5. Strategic Recommendations: Review customer behavior and identify gaps and opportunities to accelerate time to value, improve adoption rates, and long-term customer satisfaction.
Requirements

10 years of experience with a minimum of 5+ years in complex data analysis and strategic insights from B2B, SaaS background. Experience working in Marketing/Sales/Customer behavior or product usage related area is preferred. Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI).
