### Marketing Data Analyst Role at Metricool

At Metricool, we're on a mission to help businesses optimize their marketing efforts and make informed decisions through powerful analytics. As a Marketing Data Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in driving business success by leveraging data to inform marketing strategies.

### Key Responsibilities

* Mine and analyze data from company databases and marketing platforms to drive optimization of marketing techniques, product development, and business strategies.
* Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources, data gathering techniques, and marketing channels.
* Build, develop, and maintain data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards, and performance metrics that support key business decisions.
* Work with large, complex data sets to solve difficult marketing challenges and uncover new business opportunities.
* Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using data visualization tools like Amplitude and DataStudio to monitor and improve campaign performance.

### Team Collaboration

* Work closely with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging marketing data to drive business solutions.
* Examine, interpret, and report results of analytical initiatives to stakeholders in marketing, product, technology, and sales teams.
* Lead the mission of the squad and impact the company: Take ownership of key results (KRs), driving them forward to make an impact on the company mission while managing interdependencies between squads.
