Se busca un profesional experimentado para ocupar el cargo de Capex Project Manager en nuestra sede social de Intermalta en San Adrián (Navarra).

El objetivo principal de este puesto es coordinar la planificación, ejecución y seguimiento de los Proyectos asignados de inversión de capital, asegurando la correcta gestión de la calidad, coste y tiempo de los proyectos.

El responsable de este puesto reportará directamente a la Dirección Industrial del Grupo con sede social en Reims (Francia).

Entre las responsabilidades del puesto se encuentran:

  • Brindar información general de ingeniería y apoyo para los proyectos de CAPEX, asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares corporativos.
  • Liderar el desarrollo y la implementación de metodologías, herramientas y soluciones digitales para optimizar el diseño y la gestión de proyectos.
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de las medidas de seguridad de los equipos externos y/o internos encargados de proyectos, instalaciones y medio ambiente.
  • Coordinar transversalmente las diferentes áreas y departamentos involucrados en la ejecución de los Proyectos.
  • Mejorar y desarrollar equipos, en términos de seguridad, calidad, productividad, disponibilidad y costos.
  • Supervisión y seguimiento de la gestión financiera de los proyectos.
  • Gestión de la comunicación corporativa Grupo Malteurop de Proyectos.
  • Reporting al Grupo de los indicadores de los Proyectos.

Se requiere un perfil que aporte:

  • Ingeniería Industrial, Post grado o Máster en Ingeniería Industrial.
  • Experiencia profesional de al menos 10 años liderando proyectos CAPEX en entornos industriales internacionales.
  • Sólidos conocimientos de las normas QHSE, de herramientas de diseño, de procesos y herramientas de gestión de gestión de proyectos, y de la gestión financiera de los mismos.
  • Nivel Alto de inglés hablado y escrito (C1). Valorable francés.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar a nivel nacional e internacional.
  • Imprescindible residencia en Navarra o La Rioja.
