The Opportunity

This position works out of our Madrid location in the Diabetes division. We're focused on helping people with diabetes manage their health with life-changing products that provide accurate data to drive better-informed decisions.

Job Summary

As a District Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining existing relationships in a particular area of the country. You will also be responsible for coaching and mentoring sales staff to achieve excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all activities are performed in compliance with quality system requirements.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Coach and mentor sales staff to improve performance and achieve excellence.
  • Support sales representatives in maintaining and expanding customer relationships.
  • Collect and analyze market data to inform sales strategies.
Requirements

We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional with a strong background in diabetes and people management. You will have a university degree in science or a high school degree with at least 5 years of experience. You will also have comprehensive knowledge of diabetes and its treatment, as well as people management and leadership coaching skills.
