Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Specialist to join our team, focusing on selling our technical solutions to discrete manufacturing companies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling enterprise solutions, experience in the discrete manufacturing industry, and a strong understanding of business processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets by selling PTC's technical solutions to discrete manufacturing companies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key executives and departmental managers.
  • Investigate and understand the internal business processes of potential clients to identify opportunities for our solutions.
  • Provide leadership to a cross-functional account team and drive the sales cycle from identification to closing.
  • Competent in forecasting and assessing revenue opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven track record in selling enterprise solutions to major accounts.
  • Solid experience in discrete manufacturing industry with process industry domain expertise.
  • Successful sales track record.
  • Able to work in a team and goals driven.
  • Consistent top performer/President's Club or equivalent.

Basic Qualifications

  • College degree or equivalent experience.
  • Fluent in English and French or Italian is mandatory.
