Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Specialist to join our team, focusing on selling our technical solutions to discrete manufacturing companies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling enterprise solutions, experience in the discrete manufacturing industry, and a strong understanding of business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets by selling PTC's technical solutions to discrete manufacturing companies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key executives and departmental managers.
- Investigate and understand the internal business processes of potential clients to identify opportunities for our solutions.
- Provide leadership to a cross-functional account team and drive the sales cycle from identification to closing.
- Competent in forecasting and assessing revenue opportunities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven track record in selling enterprise solutions to major accounts.
- Solid experience in discrete manufacturing industry with process industry domain expertise.
- Successful sales track record.
- Able to work in a team and goals driven.
- Consistent top performer/President's Club or equivalent.
Basic Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent experience.
- Fluent in English and French or Italian is mandatory.
