The role requires overseeing inventory at a cluster level, effectively managing supply exceptions, and fostering collaboration with various teams to ensure seamless supply and demand coordination. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and leading the inventory plan and execution for the market, optimizing inventory opportunities and analyzing variance.
- Communicating supply issues to the sales team, leading commercial meetings, and handling country fulfillment.
- Identifying low cover products and resolving related issues.
- Managing back-order risks and providing timely communication to commercial teams.
- Leading strategic stock build planning, considering factors such as import license registration, M&A, and supply issues.
- Supervising order management, inbound POs, and collaborating with partners to resolve short-term supply issues.
- Rebalancing product allocation based on customer limits in coordination with marketing partners.
- Providing valuable feedback at the country or market level.
- Leading new product launches and phase-outs within the market.
- Updating JDE sourcing and maintaining reports for the commercial team.
- Confirming transfer orders for imported products.
- Making decisions and approving supply issue resolutions for imported products.
- Developing monthly reserve proposals while seeking ways to reduce waste.
We offer a competitive total compensation package including a salary of $85,000-$110,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with professional development opportunities, high importance placed on work-life balance, flexible benefits, and a commitment to growing and developing an inclusive and diverse workforce. The successful candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree, preferably a Master's degree, with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in supply chain management, warehousing, distribution, logistics, transportation, customer service, or inventory planning.
