GenAI Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled GenAI Business Development Manager to lead our GenAI strategy in Latin America. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with founders and leaders of newly founded and venture-backed GenAI startups.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and engage with GenAI startups to understand their technical and commercial challenges and opportunities
- Map startup needs to Amazon's assets and mobilize them to work on behalf of these customers
- Act as the voice of the startup customer, discovering, capturing, and reporting back patterns and learnings from the field
- Develop and hold relationships with key influencers in the GenAI startup ecosystem
- Deep GenAI technical expertise and business background
- Ability to drive engagements and interact with founders and general partners
- Competency in cloud computing and ability to think strategically and analytically
- Keen sense of ownership, curiosity, scrappiness, and drive
This is an individual contributor role that will interact with the startup team, comprised of startup founders/operators who champion and work alongside the world's best startups and investors in ML, AI, and data science. We do what is in our power to accelerate their engineering and commercial efforts from inception to IPO, leveraging our people, technology, knowledge, programs, and relationships within and outside Amazon.
