About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled GenAI Business Development Manager to lead our strategy for GenAI startups in Latin America. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with founders and leaders of GenAI startups, developing and executing business agreements, and collaborating with colleagues across the global Startup Business Development, Marketing, and Sales teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage with GenAI startup founders and leaders to understand their technical and commercial challenges and opportunities.
  • Develop and execute business agreements that leverage Amazon's assets to support GenAI startups.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to better serve the needs of GenAI startup customers.
  • Produce GenAI thought leadership and technical content, workshops, and events for the startup ecosystem.
  • Inform and influence the work of other GenAI-related colleagues across AWS and Amazon.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements.
  • 7+ years of professional or military experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.
