Job Title: Senior GenAI Business Development Manager LATAM

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior GenAI Business Development Manager to lead our GenAI strategy in Latin America. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing business agreements, identifying and engaging with GenAI startups, and driving customer and partner relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
  • Identify and engage with GenAI startups, mapping their technical and commercial challenges to Amazon's assets
  • Act as the voice of the startup customer, discovering and reporting patterns and learnings from the field
  • Develop and hold relationships with key influencers in the startup ecosystem focused on GenAI
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the global Startup Business Development, Marketing and Sales teams
  • Produce GenAI thought leadership and technical-leaning content, workshops, and events for the startup ecosystem
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
  • 7+ years of professional or military experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
