About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Bid Manager to join our global Wind team at Ramboll Group A/S. As a key member of our Business Intelligence & Sales function, you will play a critical role in driving project-specific bid processes end-to-end and ensuring the timely submission of high-quality, client-centric proposals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Bid Process: Proactively coordinate the efforts of Ramboll's global engineering and advisory teams in the wind division to ensure the submission of high-quality, customer-tailored proposals.
  • Develop Bid Strategy: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create a compelling bid strategy, develop value propositions, and guide tender teams in planning and creating proposals aligned with agreed strategies.
  • Prepare Proposals: Plan, prepare, and compile compelling, well-written, and precise proposals and bid documents.
  • Utilize Internal Tools: Manage Ramboll's internal tools and processes to track and develop opportunities efficiently, streamline project team communication, and consolidate required inputs from relevant teams.
  • Enhance Sales Processes: Improve our sales processes, tools, templates, and standard contents to boost efficiency and incorporate industry best practices.
About You
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent, in a related field or applicable disciplines (e.g., Business Administration, Business Communication, Engineering), or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Experience: Relevant experience in proposal or bid management, preferably in the energy sector.
  • Language Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (C1 level expected).
  • Team Player: Experienced team player with strong project management skills who is expected to work with minimal supervision.
  • Customer Focus: Customer-focused approach as well as solution-oriented and structured way of working.
  • Commercial Knowledge: Familiar with public / private procurement processes and with commercial, contractual, and execution models.
