Commercial Director Opportunity

W Executive España, a leading company in the gardening and DIY sector, is seeking a Commercial Director to expand their presence in the Polish market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of Key Account Managers in Poland.
  • Develop and execute commercial strategies to increase sales and market share.
  • Identify and establish strong business relationships with key accounts.
  • Manage and develop existing key accounts to maximize their potential.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective integration and alignment of commercial strategies.
  • Analyze the market and competition to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Prepare commercial reports and presentations for senior management.
  • Meet sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
  • Manage the P&L and other financial aspects related to the commercial department.
  • Develop long-term strategic plans for business growth in Poland.
  • Represent the company at relevant trade fairs and commercial events.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the gardening or DIY sector.
  • Experience in managing commercial teams and developing sales strategies.
  • Experience in managing P&L and strong financial knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Results-oriented and able to work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of the Polish market and its dynamics.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of Polish is an additional advantage.
