About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Director to join our team at W Executive España. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and managing our team of Key Account Managers in Poland, developing and executing commercial strategies to increase sales and market share, and identifying and opening new key accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead and manage the team of Key Account Managers in Poland, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets and KPIs.
  2. Develop and execute commercial strategies to increase sales and market share, analyzing market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and challenges.
  3. Identify and open new key accounts, establishing strong and lasting business relationships with key decision-makers.
  4. Manage and develop existing key accounts to maximize their potential, working closely with our sales team to ensure effective integration and alignment of commercial strategies.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective integration and alignment of commercial strategies, providing regular updates and insights to senior management.
  6. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and challenges, providing recommendations for improvement.
  7. Prepare commercial reports and presentations for senior management, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for business growth.
  8. Meet sales targets and KPIs set by the company, working closely with our sales team to ensure effective execution of commercial strategies.
  9. Manage the P&L (Profit & Loss) and other financial aspects related to the commercial department, providing regular updates and insights to senior management.
  10. Develop long-term strategic plans for business growth in Poland, working closely with our senior management team to ensure effective execution.
  11. Represent the company at relevant trade fairs and commercial events, providing a positive and professional representation of our brand.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the gardening or DIY sector.
  3. Experience in managing commercial teams and developing sales strategies, with a proven track record of success.
  4. Experience in managing P&L and strong financial knowledge, with the ability to analyze data and provide insights.
  5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  6. Results-oriented and able to work under pressure, with a strong focus on delivering results and meeting targets.
  7. Knowledge of the Polish market and its dynamics, with the ability to analyze trends and competitor activity.
  8. Willingness to travel as needed, with a flexible approach to work and a strong commitment to our company values.
  9. Proficiency in English; knowledge of Polish is an additional advantage.
