Job Purpose

This position pursues the maintenance and growth of sales wallet in specific Key Accounts, proposing the whole Aliaxis portfolio.
- Maintenance of existing customers, growing Aliaxis share of wallet.
- Innovation introduction in the market -Develop new customers, relationships, and networks to expand commercial opportunities beyond status quo. (Including special projects such as KAM & OEM portfolio optimization & innovation)
- Support the company to develop new products and strategies.
- Develop agreements, strategic relationships, and networks with Key accounts
- To execute KAM & OEM strategy

Implement Sales Strategy

Register activity and maximize opportunity via CRM

Prepare trade agreements and product documentation

Gather relevant market information

Core activity

Identify commercial opportunities

Maximize sales effectiveness

Customer Visits, trade shows, calls, customer support,

Register initiatives, visits, opportunities, accountsetc

Win product opportunities and tenders.

Competition pricing, customer information, market trends & needs

Experience and Knowledge

Working experience: 8-15 years in business or related market

Management experience

Languages & Proficiency: Spanish, proficient and English, independent

Technical Skills & Experience: CRM, high

- Exceptional Commercial skills combined with excellent communication skills.
- Experience in a B2B manufacturing organization
- Business know-how and solid appreciation of sales, marketing and commercial processes.
- A balance between determination & perseverance and empathy: able to engage and align local buy-in with local needs.
- Strong drive, leadership and influencing skills - the ability to facilitate change.
- CRM user Experience (preferably Microsoft Dynamics).
- Fluent Spanish required. English B2

Key Contacts

Internal
- Frequent collaboration with KAM Sales Director (Iberia)
- Communicates regularly with his/her peers within the department, and with other departments.
- Frequently communicates with CDC (Commercial Directors Committee) members to pursue common goals.

External
- Constant contact with Customers of all levels and natures
- Participates in public events and meetings - Interacts with many people directly and indirectly related with customers.

Working Conditions
- Most of the time works from office (with possibility of remote working), or on the road during customer calls and work trips.
- Often visits to corporate offices for work meetings (Alicante, Bilbao, Madrid) or external offices (hotels, convention centers etc).
- Employee may occasionally be exposed to moderate physical activity (preparing a stand for a trade show, or carrying product samples for a customer visit)

Travel
- Employee will be required to domestic (Spain & Portugal) travel 60% of the time. For this purpose, must be open of driving a car & riding on public transport.
- Employee may need to regularly visit other locations for internal and meetings
