Aventra Group is looking for a seasoned Cloud and Data Sales Executive to join our EMEA team. As an integral part of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth in the enterprise segment by developing and implementing effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in the enterprise segment.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with enterprise clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Sales Performance: Achieve or exceed sales targets, demonstrating a strong track record of success.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and technical teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports on sales performance and forecasts to senior management.
  • Customer Feedback: Gather and analyse customer feedback to improve products and services and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications :

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Track Record: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the last 3 years.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of Enterprise IT - Cloud, Data, and Software solutions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Experience in selling Enterprise solutions: Microsoft Azure, Salesforce, SAP and IT Managed Services.
