Sales and Account Management Team Lead

As a Sales and Account Management Team Lead, you will work on building an efficient Sales organization to drive efficiencies, ownership, and accountability. You will recruit, train, and manage a team of high performing executives to complete inbound and outbound partner acquisition, growth initiatives, and partner retention. You will assess individual performance through observation and measurement and suggest corrective actions as needed. You will also incubate new business verticals to ramp to strong commercial efficiency and overall business knowledge. Key responsibilities include:
