Sales and Account Management Team Lead

Papernest is a leading French startup that helps individuals manage their contracts and subscriptions. We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Account Management Team Lead to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Build an efficient Sales organization to drive efficiencies, ownership, and accountability.
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of high-performing executives to complete inbound and outbound partner acquisition, growth initiatives, and partner retention.
- Assess individual performance through observation and measurement and suggest corrective actions as needed.
- Incubate new business verticals to ramp to strong commercial efficiency and overall business knowledge.
- Work directly with leadership to understand and establish the OKRs and goals for a sales team.
- 3-4 years of experience in Sales.
- 1-2 years of experience in managing a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage end-to-end a large team and lead sales initiatives.
- Results-oriented with a track record of successful sales cycles.
- International experience and fluent English language skills.
- Ideal experience dealing with Spanish real estate and/or bank companies.
