About the Role

Papernest is a leading French startup that helps individuals manage their contracts and subscriptions. We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Account Management Team Lead to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build an efficient Sales organization to drive efficiencies, ownership, and accountability.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of high-performing executives to complete inbound and outbound partner acquisition, growth initiatives, and partner retention.
  • Assess individual performance through observation and measurement and suggest corrective actions as needed.
  • Incubate new business verticals to ramp to strong commercial efficiency and overall business knowledge.
  • Work directly with leadership to understand and establish the OKRs and goals for a sales team.
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience in Sales.
  • 1-2 years of experience in managing a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage end-to-end a large team and lead sales initiatives.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of successful sales cycles.
  • International experience and fluent English language skills.
  • Ideal experience dealing with Spanish real estate and/or bank companies.
