Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our Regional Customer Support Center team at F. Hoffmann-La Roche Gruppe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting complex issues related to IT software and systems.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT software and systems, including Navify solutions and Digital Infrastructure topics
  • Conduct and design employee training sessions to ensure the delivery of standardized concepts and documentation
  • Identify and distribute important service and quality notifications, and review documentation for system launches
  • Support field-based technical support and sales personnel with on-site service activities
  • Analyze and provide solutions to ensure Customer Experience and reduce product complaints/inquiries

Requirements

  • Technical expertise in preanalytical and postanalytics systems, Cobas Infinity applications, Navify products, and infrastructure IT knowledge
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and troubleshoot complex issues
  • Leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers
