About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our Regional Customer Support Center team at Roche. As a Senior Technical Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional technical support to our customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for complex IT software issues, including Navify solutions and Digital Infrastructure topics.
  • Design and conduct employee training sessions to ensure standardized concepts and documentation.
  • Transfer knowledge and information to colleagues and stakeholders, including the identification and distribution of important service and quality notifications.
  • Support on-site service activities, including troubleshooting and field support for complex issues.
  • Analyze and provide solutions to ensure customer experience and reduce product complaints/inquiries.
Requirements
  • Preanalytical and postanalytics systems knowledge.
  • Cobas Infinity applications expertise.
  • Navify products knowledge.
  • Infrastructure IT knowledge (fortigate, axeda, etc...).
  • Valuable other IT solutions and connectivity knowledge.
