About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Accountant to join our Business area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the administration and finance functions, ensuring compliance with current legal requirements and providing financial guidance to the company's management.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Financial Management: Review, manage, and account for the company's supplier invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payment.
  2. Administrative Support: Manage and coordinate with the public administration, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  3. Procurement: Procure office supplies and materials, ensuring efficient use of company resources.
  4. Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement new procedures and policies to enhance internal processes.
  5. Compliance: Ensure adherence to current legal requirements, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  6. Expense Control: Monitor and control company expenses, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  7. Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
Requirements
  1. Education: Professional or university training in Administration and Business Administration or similar.
  2. Experience: At least two years of previous experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of financial management and administrative procedures.
  3. Skills: Organizational and problem-solving skills, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  4. Technical Skills: Advanced level of Excel and proficiency in English.
