Job Title: Accountant (Risk Management Specialist)

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team at ACK3 Global Solutions. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing accounting and administrative documentation, addressing personnel needs, and handling inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accounting Management: Daily accounting entries, expense and receipt management, invoice requests from suppliers, and bank reconciliations.
  • Administrative Management: Utilizing the Holded program, drafting agreements with new clients, and document filing among other administrative duties.
  • Problem Solving and Continuous Improvement: Embrace each challenge with a smile, seeking solutions and potential enhancements within your company role.
Qualifications:
  • Willing to work on-site in a dynamic environment.
  • Holds a degree in business administration, economics, or similar, with accounting knowledge and a desire to grow in this field.
  • Basic proficiency in tools such as email, Zoom, Meet, Google Drive, along with essential software related to your role (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • 2-3 years of experience with a strong initiative to learn and develop professionally.
  • English proficiency at B1 level.

  • Work Hours: Monday to Thursday from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm and Friday from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm.
