Job Title: Mvi12 Risk and Insurance Specialist

This role is a critical component of InPost Iberia's operations, responsible for overseeing the company's risk management and insurance programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to ensure effective risk management and business continuity across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Enterprise Risk Management: Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential threats and ensure business continuity.
  2. Insurance Program Management: Oversee the company's insurance programs, including claims management and vendor relationships.
  3. International Risk Department Collaboration: Work closely with the international risk department to align local risk management strategies with global objectives.
  4. KPI Management: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of risk management and insurance programs.
  5. Procurement Support: Assist in the procurement process, including vendor selection and contract management.
  6. Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with internal departments to ensure effective risk management and business continuity.
Requirements:
  1. Education: A Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field.
  2. Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in risk management and insurance.
  3. Skills: Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs.
  4. Technical Proficiency: Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  5. Languages: Fluency in English is required, with French being a plus.
