Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Accountant to join our Business Area team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the administration and finance area, ensuring compliance with current legal requirements, and implementing improvements in internal processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review, manage, and account for the company's supplier invoices
  • Manage and procedures with the public administration
  • Procure office supplies
  • Implement improvements, circuits, and policies in internal processes
  • Ensure compliance with current legal requirements
  • Control expenses
  • Perform office administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Professional or university training in Administration and Business Administration or similar
  • At least two years of previous experience performing tasks similar to those described above
  • Organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Result-oriented, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Advanced level of Excel
  • Full professional competence in English
