Job Title: Finance Business Partner - EMEA

Autodesk is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Finance Business Partner to join our Global Named Accounts Finance team within Sales Finance. As a key member of our team, you will support our sales team with planning, forecasting, business expansion, and enterprise deals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with and advise business leaders on business and financial decisions.
  • Help manage the planning, budget, and forecast cycles for our Sales organization and set targets that increase performance.
  • Support sales and pipeline management through forecasting, deal structuring, and review.
  • Manage deals from forecasting to deal structuring and review to booking and reporting.
  • Create ad-hoc financial analyses and models to inform and support recommendations and business cases.
  • Help set sales compensation plans and quota setting.
  • Establish relationships with other groups such as Sales Ops, Legal, Revenue Accounting, Tax, etc.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
  • Fluent in English.
  • 5+ years finance business partnering experience.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to maintain high-quality standards in complex environments.
