Job Title: Senior Finance Business Partner

At Claire Joster, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Business Partner to join our team in Italy and Spain. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in supporting the Managing Directors of Italy and Spain in their financial decision-making processes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Act as a business partner to the Managing Directors and commercial teams, providing strategic financial guidance and support.
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies for the area of responsibility, driving business growth and profitability.
  • Steer the Mid-Term Plan (MTP) for the Cluster, ensuring alignment with global finance processes and guidance.
  • Drive financial performance, focusing on profitability and working capital management, in line with business objectives.
  • Provide analytical support to enable an understanding of business dynamics, working closely with FP&A.
  • Lead and coordinate projects to improve business performance, particularly profitability and working capital improvements.
  • Support the transition to a new finance operating model, leveraging GBS capabilities.
  • Drive improvement initiatives of finance processes, focusing on digitalization and standardization.
  • Collaborate with Pricing to ensure accurate pricing of products to customers, reflecting interest costs in price levels.
  • Ensure integrity and financial controls in the Clusters, using data and intelligence from global finance functions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
