About the RoleThis is a key position that will report directly to the Director of Business Control and be a vital member of the broader CSL Finance team. As a Senior Finance Business Partner, you will be a trusted advisor to the CFO and key ADP players, driving success and promoting ideas in all aspects of the job.
Key Responsibilities- Lead key financial processes such as operating plans, business reviews, and the financial aspects of strategic plans.
- Develop appropriate financial targets for the business to achieve, engaging and influencing key business partners to execute on these.
- Develop and present business cases to support key investment decisions and partner to implement as appropriate, tracking execution of key initiatives and metrics, and providing progress updates to management and teams.
- Initiate and lead transformation and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring that change initiatives are effectively implemented.
- Master in Finance or MBA is required and fluency in English.
- 8+ years of experience including people leadership (direct or indirect).
- Audit in Big4 in combination with experience in a Senior FPA/Finance Manager role is strongly preferred.
- Influential Business Partner: Seen by business partners as a trusted advisor and is sought out for both Finance and Business expertise; communicates the story behind the numbers and makes a compelling case to a variety of audiences; effectively challenges others' assumptions and redirects thinking; manages conflict and negotiates effectively.
- Information Management/Technology Acumen: Solid desktop skills, specifically strong Microsoft Office skills, advanced Excel skills including the ability to create basic macros; familiarity with Power BI reports creation and Hyperion is preferred.
