Job Title: Food and Beverage Supervisor

Kimpton Vividora Barcelona is seeking a highly skilled Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service and maintaining high standards in our bar and food operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Food and Beverage Manager in achieving operational excellence.
  • Manage beverage control, including inventory, bar pars, costs controls, and sales analysis.
  • Implement and enforce beverage policies and procedures.
  • Train staff on liquor control policies and procedures.
  • Monitor adherence to all liquor control policies and procedures.
  • Ensure excellent service and high standards in the bar and food operations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field.
  • 2+ years' experience working in Food and Beverage as a supervisor.
  • Fluency in local language and English, with additional languages a plus.
  • Proactive, positive, energetic, dynamic, and team-oriented individual with a passion for service.
