Job Title: Food and Beverage Supervisor

Kimpton Vividora Barcelona is seeking a highly skilled Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our bar team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service standards, managing beverage control, and training staff on liquor control policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Food and Beverage Manager in all aspects of bar operations.
  • Manage beverage control, including inventory, bar pars, costs controls, and sales analysis.
  • Implement and enforce beverage policies and procedures throughout the property.
  • Train staff on liquor control policies and procedures.
  • Monitor adherence to all liquor control policies and procedures.
  • Ensure exceptional service standards and continually strive to exceed expectations.
  • Ensure cash handling procedures are followed and all stock items are managed.
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of beverages to meet set standards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field.
  • 2+ years' experience working in Food and Beverage department as supervisor.
  • Fluency in local language and English, additional languages highly valuable.
  • Proactive, positive, energetic, dynamic, emphatic, team-worker, and with passion for service.
