Global Process Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Process Expert - Reward to join our team at Galderma. As a key member of our Reward team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective implementation of our compensation, benefits, and global mobility processes.
Key Responsibilities- Process Management: Partner with the Reward team to ensure well-defined and recorded processes, and that any updates to processes are accurately documented.
- Training and Awareness: Manage training and awareness for PSC team members on updates to processes or policies.
- Policy Development: Work with the Reward team to ensure all policies are created, adopted, and published.
- Annual Year-end Process: Participate in the annual year-end process for merit, bonus, and LTI.
- Global Mobility: Be operationally responsible for mobility, building and maintaining processes, supporting business cases, and ensuring a positive employee experience.
- Global Compensation Strategy: Contribute to the global assessment of compensation business processes in Workday and work with HRIS/ADMS to ensure Galderma manages all global elements of pay in Workday.
- Equity-based Compensation: Ensure accurate reporting of equity-related income and taxes withheld for individual employees and regulatory compliance purposes.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with Genpact to ensure high-quality results and solutions are maintained, and any issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Strong HR Operations Background: A strong background in HR operations, with experience in total rewards and process management.
- Effective Communication: Ability to communicate, engage, and influence others in a matrix organization.
- Technical Skills: Experience in Workday and ability to operate and manage stakeholders in a matrix organization.
