We are seeking a highly skilled Global Process Expert - Reward to join our team at Galderma. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for partnering with our Reward CoE to ensure the effective implementation of compensation, benefits, and global mobility processes.
Key Responsibilities- Process Management: Develop and maintain well-defined processes and procedures for compensation, benefits, and global mobility, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Policy Development: Collaborate with the Reward team to create and adopt policies, ensuring they are up-to-date and compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Training and Awareness: Manage training and awareness programs for PSC team members, ensuring they are knowledgeable about process updates and policy changes.
- Annual Year-End Process: Participate in the annual year-end process for merit, bonus, and LTI, ensuring seamless execution.
- Global Mobility: Be operationally responsible for mobility processes, building and maintaining processes, supporting business cases, and ensuring employee experience.
- Global Compensation Strategy: Contribute to the development of the global compensation strategy, assessing compensation business processes in Workday, and working with HRIS/ADMS to ensure Galderma manages global elements of pay.
- Equity-Based Compensation: Ensure accurate reporting of equity-related income and taxes withheld, both for individual employees and for regulatory compliance purposes.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with Genpact teams to ensure high-quality results and solutions, resolving issues in a timely manner, and defining root causes to prevent duplication.
- Strong HR Operations Background: Proven experience in HR operations, with a focus on total rewards.
- Effective Experience in Total Rewards: Demonstrated expertise in total rewards, including compensation, benefits, and global mobility.
- Process Management Skills: Ability to develop and maintain processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Stakeholder Management: Experience in managing stakeholders in a matrix organization, working with CoEs, HR business partners, and external vendors.
- Workday Experience: Ideally, experience in Workday, with the ability to operate and manage stakeholders.
- Communication and Influence: Strong communication and influence skills, with the ability to engage and communicate with others.
