People Solutions Centre - Global Process Expert - Reward

Job Description:

Galderma is a leading dermatology company with a unique legacy and decades of innovation. We are seeking a Global Process Expert - Reward to join our People Solutions Centre team. This role will partner with the Reward CoE to ensure policies, data, and ways of working are accurate and timely. The successful candidate will also support the operationalization of compensation, benefits, and rewards processes to leverage external vendors and the new HR operating model.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Reward to ensure well-defined and recorded processes and updates are recorded.
  • Manage training and awareness of updates to process or policy for PSC team members.
  • Work with Reward to ensure all policies are created, adopted, and published.
  • Be a project team member for the Annual Year-end for Merit, Bonus, and LTI.
  • Be operationally responsible for Mobility, building and maintaining process, supporting business case, and employee experience.
  • Contribute to the Global Compensation strategy and assess Compensation business processes in Workday.
  • Ensure accurate reporting of equity-related income and taxes withheld for individual employees and regulatory compliance purposes.
  • Partner with Genpact to ensure high-quality results and solutions are maintained and issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong background in HR Operations.
  • Effective experience in Total Rewards.
  • Experience in mapping and process management.
  • Ability to operate and manage stakeholders in a matrix organization.
  • Ideally experience in Workday.
  • Ability to communicate, engage, and influence others.
