Job Title: Global Process Expert - Reward
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Global Process Expert - Reward to join our team at Galderma Pharma. As a key member of our Reward team, you will be responsible for partnering with us to ensure the effective implementation of compensation, benefits, and global mobility processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Development: Collaborate with the Reward team to design, develop, and maintain well-defined processes for compensation, benefits, and global mobility.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Vendor Management: Work with external vendors to leverage their expertise and support the operationalization of compensation, benefits, and rewards processes.
- HR Operating Model: Support the implementation of the new HR operating model and ensure seamless integration with existing processes.
