About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Global Process Expert - Reward to join our team at Galderma. As a key member of our Reward team, you will be responsible for partnering with our Compensation, Benefits, and Global Mobility teams to ensure the effective implementation of our total rewards strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Reward team to develop and maintain well-defined processes and policies for compensation, benefits, and global mobility.
- Manage training and awareness programs for PSC team members on process updates and policy changes.
- Work closely with the Reward team to ensure all policies are created, adopted, and published.
- Be a key member of the project team for the annual year-end process for merit, bonus, and long-term incentives.
- Be operationally responsible for mobility, building and maintaining processes, supporting business cases, and ensuring a positive employee experience.
- Contribute to the development of our global compensation strategy, working closely with HRIS/ADMS to ensure Galderma manages all global elements of pay in Workday.
- Ensure accurate reporting of equity-related income and taxes withheld for individual employees and regulatory compliance purposes.
- Partner with the Genpact team to ensure high-quality results and solutions are maintained, and any issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Strong background in HR Operations.
- Effective experience in Total Rewards.
- Experience in process mapping and management.
- Ability to operate and manage stakeholders in a matrix organization, working with CoEs, HR Business Partners, and external vendors.
- Ideal experience in Workday.
- Ability to communicate, engage, and influence others.
