At Galderma, we are seeking a highly skilled Global Process Expert - Reward to join our People Solutions Centre team in Barcelona. As a key member of our Reward CoE, you will partner with our Reward team to ensure the development and maintenance of accurate and timely compensation, benefits, and global mobility processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the Reward team to define and record processes, ensuring updates are accurately documented and communicated to the PSC team.
- Manage training and awareness programs for PSC team members on process updates and policy changes.
- Work closely with the Reward team to create, adopt, and publish policies, ensuring seamless operationalization of compensation, benefits, and rewards processes.
