Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Director to contribute to our cutting-edge educational initiatives within the IE Foundation department. The successful candidate will support the team in developing and implementing fundraising activities and projects funded by corporate donors.

Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the proactive identification of collaboration opportunities with corporate partners.
  • Create proposals and other fundraising materials for potential corporate donors, gathering specific technical input from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with corporate partners.
  • Develop comprehensive plans for fundraising initiatives and projects, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Coordinate agreement formalization with the Legal Department, external partners, and other stakeholders involved.
  • Monitor timelines, resources, and risks to ensure the effective delivery of projects.
  • Proactively address any issues that may arise during the process.
  • Manage essential administrative duties, including recruiting research assistants, tracking purchase orders, and invoicing external service providers.
Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of professional experience.
  • Experience in fundraising, donor or corporate relations, and project management is a plus.
  • Excellent writing and presentation abilities for grant proposals and donor communications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage corporate stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong teamwork capability to build positive and productive relationships with a diverse range of internal stakeholders (faculty, legal, budget, marketing, etc.).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • IE master's degree from IE or a top University.
  • Fluent proficiency in written and oral English and Spanish.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office.
