The Job: Technical Support AgentAs a technical support agent, you will be the first point of contact between customers and our company. Your tasks include troubleshooting and providing accurate instructions, information, and advice to users via email, phone, and chat. You will also analyze and evaluate user account setups and previous interactions to recommend solutions. In addition, you will troubleshoot technical questions related to software, hardware, and logistics and escalate complex issues while providing context for the escalation.
Your Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should have a native-level understanding of German and fluency in English (B2). Previous experience in customer care, preferably in a B2B or B2C setting, is also essential. You should have a solid understanding of technical issues and computer handling. Strong problem-solving skills, research capabilities, and excellent communication and negotiation skills are required. Additionally, you should be service-oriented, professional, and thorough.
Benefits and SalaryWe estimate that the salary for this position is approximately €45,000 per year, taking into account the company's standards and the location. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, which includes a relocation package, bonus system, and development opportunities.
