Join Our Team as a Partner Manager in Affiliate Marketing

We are Semrush, a global IT company developing our own product, a platform for digital marketers. We are looking for a talented Partner Manager to join our Affiliate Marketing Team in Barcelona.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the growth of our affiliate marketing program. As a Partner Manager, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with existing partners, maximizing their marketing channels, and creating personalized action plans to improve their performance and conversions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute targeted recruitment campaigns for large-scale, high-potential partnerships
  • Work with large amounts of data to implement new tactics and projects, report, and plan
  • Propose new ideas, organize and manage projects, and prioritize them in alignment with the team's short and long-term goals
  • Manage projects involving complex work streams and cross-functional collaboration (internally and externally)
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with 5+ years of experience in partnerships, preferably in digital marketing/affiliate marketing. You should have outstanding communication and negotiation skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and an analytical and data-driven mindset. Additionally, you should be proactive and have a sense of ownership, with a commitment to taking responsibility for goals and project success.
