Job Title: Affiliate Marketing Partner Manager

At Semrush, we're looking for a skilled Affiliate Marketing Partner Manager to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our Affiliate Marketing Team, you'll be responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with our existing partners, maximizing their marketing channels, and creating personalized action plans to drive growth and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute targeted recruitment campaigns to identify high-potential partnerships
  • Create and implement data-driven strategies to optimize partner performance and conversions
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and lead projects, apply analytical thinking, and report on performance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in affiliate marketing
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in partnerships, with a focus on digital marketing or affiliate marketing
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships and solve problems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of partnerships and management
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to think creatively and find innovative solutions
  • Project management and organization skills, with the ability to design and lead projects, apply analytical thinking, and report on performance
