**Job Summary**

Radisson Hotel Group is seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to assist with the implementation of our new technology platform, EMMA. As a key member of our team, you will provide technical support and guidance to our hotels during the implementation process.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide technical support and guidance to hotels during the implementation process
  • Perform system configuration and data migration activities
  • Manage risks and issues, escalating them when necessary and following up on resolutions
  • Deliver excellent support in a client-facing environment, including front desk, F&B, and M&E departments
  • Deliver on-the-job support to hotel staff and management
  • Assist the Implementation Lead in all other activities to ensure a smooth transition to the new system
  • Travel to hotels as required to implement the system change
  • Ensure tasks related to the implementation of EMMA are completed efficiently and with quality

**Requirements:**

  • Administration skills and highly organized
  • Strong Interpersonal Communication skills
  • Training experience preferred
  • Self-motivated problem solver; able to thrive in a dynamic and customer-focused environment
  • Strong organizational and troubleshooting skills with precise attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain composure in stressful situations, responds to customer needs quickly and effectively, adapts to change
  • Highly analytical, technically proficient, and able to learn new tools and software quickly
  • Strong listening skills; demonstrated ability to ask effective questions
  • Ability to create reports and a strong understanding of database principles

**Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor degree
  • 2-3 years of experience
  • English and French as mandatory. Other languages would be a plus
  • 30% travel (domestic and international)
