Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team at Mygwork. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to all employees, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with desktops, laptops, and phone systems
  • Install and configure new hardware and software
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure system uptime
  • Document and contribute to the knowledge base
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve technical issues
  • Balance and prioritize multiple tasks to meet business needs

Requirements

  • Experience providing IT technical support
  • Advanced troubleshooting experience with Microsoft and Apple products
  • Knowledge of SCCM, JAMF/Casper suite for imaging
  • Experience with mobile devices, including phones and tablets
  • Understanding of Active Directory and Windows Server usage
  • Experience with PC and laptop hardware troubleshooting
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
